Donna J. VanMeter, 69, of Granville, died February 20, 2001 at Hospice. Born November 10, 1931 in Chester, Oh., daughter of Curtis William and Goldie Belle (Weber) Wolfe. Retired from Simmons Mattress Co., Columbus and for 10 years managed The Leisure City Flee? Market in Vanatta. Preceded in death by parents, husband Eldon E. (Gene) VanMeter, September 26, 1993 and 1 grandson. Survived by son, William E. VanMeter of Granville; daughter, Sandra (J. Terry) Evans of Newark; 3 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. Visitation Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in the BRUCKER & KISHLER FUNERAL HOME, 985 N. 21st St., Newark, Oh. Funeral service 11 a.m. Saturday, February 24, 2001 at Chester United Methodist Church with Rev. Charles McKenzie officiating. Burial Chester Cemetery, Chester Twp., Meigs Co., Oh.
