ROBIN VAN METER

ROBIN VAN METER, 43, of Lookout Mountain near Golden, a former Colorado Springs resident, died Saturday at a Denver hospital after a four-month illness. She was a homemaker and writer.

Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Rockland Community Church, 17 S. Mount Vernon Country Club Road, Golden.

Mrs. Van Meter lived in Colorado Springs five years before moving to Golden several years ago. She was a founder of Parents Plus in Colorado Springs and a member of Mothers for Peace and the Pikes Peak Peace and Justice Commission.

Mrs. Van Meter is survived by her husband, David; and two daughters, Anna and Madelaine.
